The Italian Gas Committee has recently published the new edition of Guidelines No. 12 concerning the activation and reactivation of the gas plant of the end customer. All activation or reactivation of the supply will be performed by the Distribution Companies applying the new rules, available on the website of the Italian Gas Committee. On the website of the various Distribution Companies operating in Italy, special information sections are available for end customers and installers.

No problem. Contact us at any time to request an increase in power, we are at your disposal!

Metaenergia will send your request to the distributor. The execution times of the vending machine vary from 10 to 50 days depending on whether it is simple or complex work in low voltage, and from 20 to 50 days depending on whether it is simple or complex work in medium voltage. In any case, the exact term of days required is indicated in the estimate prepared by the distributor and delivered to the customer.

Make sure you have the following information with you:

  • identity document 
  • the customer number you find on the bill and counter self-reading
  • the address for the final adjustment invoice
  • the day on which the supply is supposed to be deactivated

Do you have doubts about the correct functioning of your meter?

Request the verification by a person who will come to your home to check.

Metaenergia will send the request to the distributor. The verification of the functioning of the meter will be carried out by the distributor, in accordance with the current technical regulations and - strictly - within 15 working days from receipt of the request by the supplier. The supplier, after completing the investigations, will send you the report and the result of the check. Should the proper functioning of the appliance be demonstrated, the customer will be charged € 46.49 + VAT + administrative charges.
