The Metaenergia Group has been operating in the free market since 2009, supplying electricity, natural gas and energy efficiency plans to the business and domestic sectors.
Active throughout the whole of Italy, Metaenergia stands out for its efficiency and trustworthiness, offering tailor-made solutions and providing customised assistance.
In 2016, the Group reached more than 31,400 points of supply, closing with a consolidated turnover of over 1,044 million. Data that confirm the solidity of the Company and the will to continue to grow.
Since February 2013 Metaenergia has been a member of Elettricità Futura (formerly Assoelettrica). The new electricity power plants have been active since 2015, allowing Metaenergia to be active in the entire supply chain, improving its business model, its competitiveness in the market and, as a consequence, its ability to
satisfy all target customers.

Metaenergia Spa – dedicated to firms, co-owners living in apartment blocks, as well as public administration, thanks to its specialized consultants, it provides tailor-made commercial offers based on customers' specific needs.
Meta Newpower Srl – dedicated to the domestic target and to the retail business, it offers a simple and fast energy demand management, taking care of all the requirements regarding new activations or the change of supplier and garanteeing, thanks to its specialized Customer Service, fast and costance assistance.
Metaenergia E.S.Co. Srl (Energy Service Company) carries out energy efficiency interventions designed to optimize the resources employed, with a view to achieving environmental-friendly local development.
Metaenergiaproduzione Srl manages the new electric energy production facilities, equipped with innovative digital solutions which integrate and implement the Smart Grids model, through the backup of the production of renewable energies and the continued monitoring of the plant, thus always ensuring an optimal level of supply and safety. Hence, a "smart grid" which enables to produce energy in an efficient and safe way, by saving on costs and protecting the planet resources.
Metaenergia Commercial Services Srl supports and coordinates the development of the franchising network of the Metaenergia Points.
CODE OF ETHICS.
RESPECT IS OUR FIRST ENERGY SOURCE.
Metaenergia has worked out and implemented its own organization, management and control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/01 on Corporate Responsibility.
The main elements of the Model are the Summary and the Code of Ethics.
Within the framework of this Model, the Ethical-Organizational Protocols have been adopted with a view to preventing the perpetration of the offences envisaged by the above stated Legislative Decree. In 2010 the Board of Directors adopted the Model and its constitutive elements required by regulations.
In particular, with the adoption of the Code of Ethics, Metaenergia wanted to equip itself with a tool for self-regulation and guidance in all the decision-making processes, with a view to making the behaviours followed by all the company actors be based on ethics.
